I was perfume shopping the other day which literally meant going to the shop and getting Zara Orchid but they didn’t have it. So I had to get something else which was difficult for me considering I love Zara Orchid and I’ve used it with the same other products since time in memorial because I like to keep my scent consistent and recognizable.
Anyway, after browsing I settled on Chanel No. 5 because it was already so buried in my psychic from all the songs and advertising. When I got home I decided to read further on it (as one does) and I emerged inspired and in love. So below are the reasons why I think everyone woman deserves Chanel No. 5.

the first perfume launched by Parisian couturier Gabrielle “Coco” Chanel.
And her early life was anything but glamorous. Coco was born in dire poverty, was orphaned at age 12 and was raised by nuns who taught her how to sew which laid the background for her life as a designer. She began her designing career during the First World War when material was rationed and luxurious clothing was the last thing on anyone’s mind. But this didn’t stop her.
This is why every time I wear this scent I feel enamored with the indomitable spirit of a woman of rose against impossible odds to become a timeless legend. I feel like anything is possible and my goals are attainable.
Every woman deserves to feel like an icon
Chanel No. 5 is the most iconic perfume of all time. Thanks to the ingenuity of the creator and brilliant advertising a bottle is sold every 55 seconds around the world. It is a perfume that had stood the test of time adorning dressing tables since 1921.
They didn’t know this when they first launched it but this goes to show you that the universe is full of possibilities and you too can become a trailblazer and an Icon in your field if you put in the intention and effort.
Every woman deserves a little luxury
We live in the third world, everything is difficult and exhausting. We deserve little luxuries and some semblance of a cultured life in the midst of the struggle.
