There is so much buzz around Mijn Kitchen and for good reason. The restaurant – as I have recently discovered is the go to for a hearty comfort meal on a busy work day or a fun brunch with friends during the weekend.
The restaurant
Is in the heart of Blantyre city.
Run by Leoni Mijn and her mother, the family has managed to transform the restaurant into an exquisite indoor and outdoor haven, complete with mini fountains, luscious gardens and a decorative pool.
The food
Is café styled and very generous. Their menu is a selection of delicious toasted sandwiches, burgers, salads, breakfast and sweet treats. In addition to this, they have specials of the day and an endless coffee selection brewed from the renowned Satemwa Coffee.
